Article Marketing – How Important is Article Marketing to Your Internet Marketing Success?
In the last two and one half months, I have published just over 200 articles on internet marketing topics and have gained around 700 subscribers via those articles.The 700 subscribers spend around $1 per month, on average, on my products and some affiliate products I recommend.I am currently averaging about 20 new article – sourced subscribers every single day, and I estimate that in one year I will have around 6000 active subscribers, all from one single source – article writing and submission.Up to this point, every article I write has produced, on average, 3.5 new subscribers, and that number is growing every single day. You see, not only do I receive hits every single day from my new articles, but I am still receiving visitors from articles I submitted 2 months ago, so there is a cumulative effect.So how important should it be to you? If you are already article marketing, find out your stats. How many subscribers have you received as a direct result of your articles? If you are not tracking, you are doing yourself a disservice. Begin tracking immediately.If you are not already writing articles, begin immediately. Write at least 20 articles (not all in the same day!) and begin to submit them to the biggest directories, like ezinearticles, searchwarp, and goarticles. You will notice a huge increase in your traffic almost immediately.Note: If you are submitting for direct traffic, those are the only directories I would submit to. If you are looking for backlinks, submit a few of your articles to at least 100 article directories.
